This routine lets you manually subdivide a parcel by drawing the dividing lines with the mouse. Use the snap routines for more precise placement of the dividing lines such as making them perpendicular to the boundary or back lot line.
With this routine you can divide up a parcel nearly as fast as you can click the mouse.
