Legal-Aid Requirements

 

Recommended System Requirements:

 

• Pentium or faster computer
• 64 MB of RAM.
• Windows 98/98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista (Note: Legal-Aid for AutoCAD 2006 and below are not Vista compatible as these versions of AutoCAD are not Vista compatible either)
• For Legal-Aid for AutoCAD - Must have AutoCAD R14.01 or greater. (including derivates such as Civil 3D and Land Deskop.
• For Legal-Aid for General CADD - Must have General CADD Pro 5build 5.1.18b or above.
• For Legal-Aid for ProCogo - Must have ProCogo 2005-V or greater.
• Legal-Aid is not compatible with AutoCAD R14, you must have AutoCAD R14.01
• Legal-Aid is not compatible with non-english versions of AutoCAD

 

 

Tutorial Requirements:

 

• 1024 x 768 or higher video resolution
• Sound card and speakers
• CD-ROM drive unless you choose to copy the tutorial lesson files to your hard drive
• 64 MB Ram
• Microsoft Windows 98/98SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 (service pack 3 or higher*), Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 (including Small Business Server 2003), or Windows Vista (Windows 95 is not supported)
• Internet Explorer 4.01 (service pack 2) or higher*.
• Macromedia Flash Player 5.0 or higher (available as a free download from www.macromedia.com

 

Note that neither AutoCAD, General CADD Pro 5, or ProCogo are required to watch the video tutorials.

 

Network Restrictions:

 

• Legal-Aid is not networkable and is designed to be installed as a single installation on a single machine. It is, however, fully compatible with network versions of AutoCAD

 

* Service packs for Windows and Internet Explorer are available free of charge from www.microsoft.com. Macromedia Flash Player is available as a free download from www.macromedia.com.
